A Must Rules To Remember By Lilian Linogao of mother knows best I just wanted to share these simple rules to new mothers/parents and to those who are planning to get married and want to have kids. These are taken from the advices of my pediatrician and some friends: Laughter is the key Laughter stimulates our immune system, decrease the effect of stress and also stimulates a rush of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers. A good laugh will increase your baby's sense of well being - and yours too!. Cuddles make him strong Holding your baby close and looking into each other's eyes is really important part of getting to know each other. Skin-to-skin contact tells your baby he's cared for, protected and loved. Water good idea Encourage your baby to drink water to quench his thirst as soon as he's ready for anything other than his usual milk feeds. Once they develop a taste for other drinks such juice and other sugary drinks it is hard to get them to drink anything else - besides sugary drinks are not healthy and can cause tooth decay.
